Baking Class Policy

Thank you for your interest in joining our baking classes. Please read the following policies carefully before signing up. By registering, you agree to abide by all policies stated below:

1. No Refunds

All payments made for the baking class are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellations

Once your slot is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

3. No Transfers

Bookings are non-transferable to other persons or other classes.

4. No Exchanges

Bookings cannot be exchanged for other classes, dates, or products.

5. Punctuality

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Latecomers may miss important parts of the class, and no compensation will be provided for missed time.

6. Minimum Class Size

Classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the rare event the class is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

7. Substitution of Instructor

We reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary without prior notice.

8. Health and Safety

Participants must adhere to all kitchen safety instructions at all times.

Inform us in advance of any severe food allergies. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Photography and Videos

We may take photos or videos during class for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before class starts.

10. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the class.
