Intermediate Program in French Pastry Art

The Intermediate Program at École de pâtisserie MOON is designed for students who have completed basic training or possess essential pastry skills. This course bridges foundational techniques and advanced artistry, helping students deepen their understanding and expand their repertoire.

 In this program, you will: • Refine techniques in pâte à choux, viennoiseries, Entremet and tart construction

• Explore flavor balancing, fillings, glazes, and layering
